Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology and business systems priorities.
- Lead improvement initiatives involving ERP, CRM, reporting, analytics, and data quality.
- Translate business needs into clear technology requirements and recommendations.
- Improve processes, system adoption, productivity, and decision-making with internal departments.
- Manage external IT, software, telecommunications, and cybersecurity providers.
