Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage the organization's technology infrastructure, systems, and IT operations.
- Develop IT strategies, technology roadmaps, and operational plans.
- Oversee system implementation, software deployment, infrastructure upgrades, and technology integration projects.
- Establish and maintain IT governance, cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery planning, data protection measures, and technology policies.
- Monitor system performance, manage IT risks, coordinate incident resolution, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, vendors, and technology partners.
