Position Overview
The IT Manager will manage, maintain, secure, and continuously improve the group’s IT infrastructure and digital systems.
The role covers servers, networks, domains, email, cybersecurity, user accounts, hardware, software, cloud platforms, backups, and IT operations across subsidiaries.
Infrastructure and Systems
- Manage infrastructure across offices and operating locations, including servers, storage, networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and implement infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and assets.
- Implement and test backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Domains, Email, and Cloud
- Manage domains, registrations, renewals, transfers, DNS records, SSL certificates, domain security, and digital asset ownership.
- Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including accounts, groups, aliases, mailboxes, permissions, and email security.
- Manage cloud storage, shared drives, access permissions, and employee onboarding and offboarding.
