Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operation of the center’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, clinical systems, and end user devices
- Manage system performance, ensure data security and backups, coordinate software updates and integrations with clinical and administrative systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues for staff
- Handle vendor management, budgeting and procurement for IT hardware and software
- Maintain compliance with healthcare IT and data protection standards
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to support reliable, secure technology
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining healthcare information systems (e.g., EMR/EHR, practice management, diagnostic or imaging systems)
- Strong background in information security, data protection, backup and recovery, and compliance with healthcare IT regulations
- Experience leading IT projects, coordinating vendors, managing IT budgets, and overseeing procurement
- Ability to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within an IT department is strongly preferred

- Strong background in information security, data protection, backup and recovery, and compliance with relevant healthcare IT regulations and standards.
- Experience leading IT projects, coordinating vendors, managing IT budgets, and overseeing procurement and lifecycle management of hardware and software.
- Ability to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation, and to train staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within an IT department is strongly preferred.
