Role overview
PMOBytes is seeking an Information Technology Intern to support business coordination, client communication, training activities, business development, and day-to-day operations.
The role also provides exposure to project coordination, technical support, and technology-enabled services.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up with clients, students, potential customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate training programs, including schedules, participants, trainers, materials, and related arrangements.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients, arrange meetings, update progress, and support business development activities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documentation.
- Support product and service demonstrations, including QPunch, Atlassian solutions, training offerings, and other services.
- Maintain organized records of clients, leads, training activities, follow-ups, action items, and business opportunities.
- Provide management updates on client follow-ups, training activities, business development, and outstanding actions.
- Assist with social media coordination, online research, campaigns, and company communications.
- Track project tasks, deadlines, deliverables, documentation, risks, issues, and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate with management, consultants, trainers, developers, vendors, and technical teams.
