About the Role
Triway-Technologies LLC is hiring an IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer for a role based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft technologies, server administration, storage, networking, and infrastructure monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Administer server infrastructure and ensure optimal performance
- Manage storage solutions and backup systems
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure
- Monitor infrastructure health and implement security best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Experience in server administration and management
- Experience with storage solutions and backup management
- Network administration and troubleshooting skills
