Role Description
Provide first-level technical support to internal users in a full-time Help Desk Support role.
Support service requests, issue diagnosis, hardware and software troubleshooting, network problems, and user guidance.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Install and configure workstations and peripheral devices.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff.
- Document tickets in the service management system.
- Follow IT procedures and contribute to a secure, stable IT environment.
- Collaborate with departments and provide clear user guidance.
- Deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong information technology and troubleshooting skills.
- Network administration and network security skills.
- Customer service skills for clear communication and user-focused support.
- Familiarity with Windows, office productivity tools, and basic hardware maintenance.
- Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow IT policies.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior help desk or technical support experience is preferred.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are preferred.
Workplace
- The role is full-time and on-site in Riyadh.
