Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure in enterprise environments
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper V)
- Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions
- Manage SAN & NAS storage environments
- Configure and maintain networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
- Administer security infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, SD WAN)
- Manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and monitoring tools
- Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and identity management
- Handle endpoint security, EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability management
- Maintain unified communications systems (Avaya, CCTV, attendance systems)
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy
- Experience with VMware and Microsoft Hyper V virtualization
- Knowledge of backup & disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.)
- Experience with SAN & NAS storage environments
- Networking skills: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching
- Security experience: Fortinet/Cisco firewalls, VPNs, WAN & SD WAN
- Cloud & monitoring: Microsoft Azure, AWS, and network monitoring tools
- Microsoft 365 & Identity: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD / Entra ID
- Endpoint & security: EDR, SIEM fundamentals, vulnerability management
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience with unified communications: Avaya, Hikvision CCTV, ZK attendance systems
