Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure and guide network security practices.
• Ensure reliable access to tools and systems used for testing and development.
• Define and implement IT strategy aligned with business and project needs.
• Supervise incident response, system upgrades, security controls, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor system performance and establish IT policies and standards.
• Coach team members on information technology best practices.
• Report on IT performance, risk management, and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong IT management and IT operations skills are required.
• Solid information technology and IT strategy knowledge is required.
• Expertise in network security, access controls, and security compliance is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills is required.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, remote collaboration tools, and modern enterprise IT architectures is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and prioritize multiple initiatives is required.
• Advanced certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CISM are beneficial.
