Role Description
Oversee the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of IT systems and services supporting organizational objectives.
Direct IT operations, supervise technology projects, and ensure systems reliability and security.
Collaborate with leadership on IT strategy, budgets, and alignment of technology initiatives with business needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure performance and manage vendors.
- Establish policies and procedures, lead incident response, and resolve problems.
- Evaluate new technologies, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and advise internal teams on IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated IT management and IT operations skills with experience overseeing enterprise technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, systems, networks, and cloud-based solutions.
- Proficiency in network security, including controls, monitoring, and risk mitigation.
- Experience developing and executing IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are advantageous.
- Leadership, remote team coordination, stakeholder communication, and decision-making skills are required.
- Experience with compliance frameworks, standards, data privacy regulations, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- The role is part-time and remote.
