- Lead and manage the Information Technology Department, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous availability of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and implement innovative technology solutions supporting strategic objectives
- Oversee cybersecurity, information security, and IT governance to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Lead planning and delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely execution within approved budgets and quality standards
- Oversee enterprise data management, systems integration, and technology services for operational efficiency and business continuity
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners, ensuring effective contract management and service delivery
- Assess business technology requirements and recommend emerging technologies and innovative solutions
- Lead, develop, and mentor the IT team while promoting a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
