About the Role
Grandcompass LLC seeks an IT & Systems Officer to manage, maintain, and secure the company's technology systems, including ERP (ERP Next), websites (WordPress, Shopify), and digital platforms.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's ERP system (ERP Next) and ensure its proper operation.
- Develop, update, and maintain company websites and web based platforms (WordPress & Shopify).
- Monitor and maintain company digital systems, software, and technology infrastructure.
- Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of company data and electronic information.
- Perform regular system backups and support business continuity requirements.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to employees regarding company systems and software.
- Coordinate with external developers, technology vendors, hosting providers, and software suppliers when required.
- Monitor website performance, system availability, and digital service reliability.
- Maintain electronic records, databases, and system documentation.
- Recommend and implement technology improvements that enhance productivity, security, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of new digital solutions, software, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably ERP Next)
- Experience with web development (WordPress, Shopify)
- Knowledge of Microsoft software and IT infrastructure
- Ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Experience with system backups and business continuity
- Ability to coordinate with external developers and vendors
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

Job Purpose
