Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years' experience in IT support or administration
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365)
- Experience in school IT environments preferred
- Professional certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, CompTIA) are desirable

Position Overview
- Ambassador International School Mankhool is seeking a versatile School IT Administrator to join our IT team reporting to the Head of IT.
- The IT administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and integrity of our IT systems, contributing significantly to our school's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line support to staff and students for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex cases to the Senior IT Administrator when required.
- Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN networks, Wi Fi, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Perform routine system monitoring and updates.

- Assist with enforcing IT and data protection policies.
- Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff and students.
- Promote good practice in IT security and safe technology use.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2 3 years' experience in IT support or administration.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
