- Must have the ability to participate as a security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and integration of secure networking, computing, and enclave environments, including serving as the primary representative when required.
- Must possess the ability to participate as a security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and integration of Information Assurance (IA) architectures, systems, and system components, including serving as the primary representative when required.
- Must be capable of applying knowledge of Information Assurance policies, procedures, and workforce structure to design, develop, and implement secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
- Must have the ability to interact effectively with customers and other project team members to support security engineering activities and mission objectives.
- Must possess the ability to support the Government in enforcing the design and implementation of trusted relationships among external systems and architectures.
- Must be capable of supporting security planning, security assessments, risk analysis, and risk management activities across system and network environments.
- Must have the ability to identify overall security requirements necessary for the proper handling, protection, and management of Government data.
- Must have 7 years of experience as an Information Systems Security Engineer supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, OR 11 years of Information Systems Security Engineer experience if a degree is not held, and must meet DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
