Role Overview
Wolverine Trading is seeking an Information Systems Manager to lead Information Systems and Helpdesk teams in a demanding, high-availability proprietary trading environment.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership and communication responsibilities.
The position owns enterprise systems supporting critical trading and business operations, with responsibility for reliability, performance, and security.
Systems and Infrastructure
- Lead and develop the Information Systems and Helpdesk teams through technical direction, mentorship, and accountability.
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, endpoint threat protection, backups, and enterprise file and storage infrastructure.
- Architect and manage Microsoft cloud identity, access management, compliance, governance, cloud infrastructure, and hybrid connectivity.
- Architect, manage, and optimize resilient, high-availability virtual environments.
- Execute deployments, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure transformations while maintaining operational continuity.
Security and Operations
- Design hardware and software lifecycle strategies covering versioning, patching, hardening, and modernization.
