The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's information systems.
- The ideal candidate will oversee enterprise applications, systems infrastructure, business process automation, system integrations, and IT governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement information systems strategies, governance frameworks, technology roadmaps, and system lifecycle management processes aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead the implementation, administration, maintenance, integration, and optimization of enterprise information systems, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, supply chain, collaboration, and business productivity platforms.
- Collaborate with Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to deliver scalable and business aligned technology solutions.
- Manage the full systems lifecycle, including business requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, upgrades, patch management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ongoing support.
- Establish governance processes for system security, user access management, configuration management, change management, release management, documentation, and business continuity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including system availability, application performance, user satisfaction, incident resolution, service level agreement (SLA) compliance, project delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through cloud technologies, workflow automation, artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), low code/no code platforms, and advanced analytics.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, data privacy regulations, software licensing requirements, internal controls, audit standards, and organizational procedures.
- Oversee systems integration, API management, database administration, data governance, interoperability, and process automation to improve organizational performance.
- Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, managed service providers (MSPs), consultants, and cloud service providers.
- Utilize ERP platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SQL reporting tools, cloud platforms, IT service management (ITSM) solutions, and project management software to monitor system performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare executive dashboards, technology roadmaps, system performance reports, project updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, SAP, Cisco, TOGAF, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems, enterprise applications, IT operations, systems administration, or related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing enterprise systems, technology projects, or cross functional IT teams preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise information systems, systems integration, cloud computing, database management, IT governance, business process automation, cybersecurity principles, and digital transformation.
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar), CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar), Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SQL databases, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, ITSM platforms, and cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure,
