Information System Engineer 3- Integrated Systems

Job Purpose or Objective(s): ​ You will administer and designs compute and storage systems and recommends improvements necessary to ensure operation of Choctaw Nation systems. You will report to the Information Systems Manager.

You will lead the design of enterprise storage environments, including enterprise storage arrays, fiber channel switches and Network Attached Storage (NAS).

Lead the design of enterprise compute environments, including virtualization hardware, physical servers, and hosted systems.

Develop solutions and processes for reliable and stable data storage management, security, backup, restoration, archiving and replication.

Assure systems performance, stability, and security.

You will lead projects working across departments. Perform complex tasks using critical-thinking.

Develop or help develop IT policy.

Design server OS, including Windows Server 2008, 2012+, and Redhat Linux.

Implement Windows Active Directory environments.

Design, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-wide VMware environments.

You will apply company procedures to resolve issues promptly.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
