The Information Specialist III serves as a key member of the Information Technology team, providing advanced technical support, systems administration, and technology leadership across an assigned geographic territory.

This position maintains technology infrastructure, supports associates and branch operations, leads technology initiatives, and ensures compliance with Information Security and Technology standards.

Work Location: Flexible within assigned territory.

Preferred office locations include Waynesboro, Sandersville, Dublin, or Perry, Georgia.

Geographic Territory: Washington, Waynesboro, Sandersville, Dublin, Perry, and surrounding areas.

The selected candidate will support all locations within the assigned territory and travel regularly between offices as business needs require.

• Serve as the primary technology resource for assigned branch locations and employees.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers, monitors, printers, copiers, mobile devices, security cameras, access control devices, and related technology equipment.
• Respond to service requests and technology incidents involving hardware, software, network connectivity, and security systems.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup, equipment deployment, account provisioning, and equipment recovery.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions within the Association's service management platform.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.
• Serve as the technical owner for assigned business-critical systems and technology platforms.
• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize technology systems and services.
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and technical projects.
