Saturn has an opportunity for a 4 month Information Services Summer Student – May 2027 based in the Calgary, Alberta office.

Reporting to the Manager, Information Services, some specific duties, and responsibilities of the IS Summer Student include, but are not limited to:

• Provide effective telephone and desk-side support, on-site at Head Office
• Utilize computer hardware and network troubleshooting techniques
• Use existing tools to investigate and record problems in the incident management system
• Understand Saturn’s existing tools, processes and methodologies

Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or another Information Technologies related program
• Enthusiasm, a good work ethic and great customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
• Eager and willing to learn and grow in technical knowledge and responsibility
• Able to perform physical work, such as lifting computers or equipment, and shifting them to other locations
