Information Security Officer

As the ideal candidate will have a nice mix of the following skills & experience:

Experience operating as part of an IT Service providing IT incident and request services.

Experience managing or providing IT training to customers in a class or one on one basis.

Sound technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Networks and the TCP/IP protocol suite; Firewalls and other perimeter security technology; System Administration and Server Operating Systems (Unix and/or Windows); Desktop and client devices and Desktop operating systems.

Knowledge or awareness of some the following information security technologies: encryption, The TCP-IP protocol, vulnerability and penetration testing, compliance checking, anti-virus software, personal client firewall, network firewall & other perimeter security and intrusion detection technologies

Programming or script writing experience.

Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
