About The Role
Join the Security Operations team as an Incident Responder defending Starling's customers, assets, and systems against emerging threats.
Support 24/7 operational capabilities through an on-call rota.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and contain cybersecurity incidents and maintain incident response readiness processes.
- Analyze cloud, endpoint, and network logs to determine root cause and containment, eradication, and recovery steps.
- Plan and participate in Tabletop Exercises and document incident findings and actions.
- Collaborate with other teams on incident analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Present investigation findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
