Hybrid working

• Starling uses a hybrid working approach.
• Technology employees are expected to attend an office at least one day per week, preferably within commuting distance of a Starling office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and contain cyber security incidents and maintain incident response readiness processes.
• Analyze cloud, endpoint, and network logs to determine root cause and containment, eradication, and recovery actions.
• Plan and participate in tabletop exercises and document incident findings, containment steps, and causes.
• Collaborate across the organization during incident response and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support detection engineering and threat hunting for the wider Security Operations team.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of cyber incident response and digital forensics experience is required.
