- We are looking for a results-driven Influencer Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of our influencer marketing and creator partnerships program.
- This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth through strategic influencer collaborations and performance-driven campaigns.
- :Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and evaluate influencers across relevant niches (health, lifestyle, fitness, etc.)
- Assess influencers based on engagement rate, audience quality, and brand alignment
- Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers and affiliate partners
- Negotiate and manage collaborations (paid campaigns, gifting, affiliate deals)
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end
- Brief influencers with clear guidelines, deliverables, and timelines
- Monitor content quality and ensure alignment with brand standards
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROI
- Maintain a strong pipeline of influencers (Nano, Micro, and Mid-tier)
- :Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing campaigns and partnerships
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance
- Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus
