Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across relevant social platforms
- Plan and execute campaigns to promote 9X Markets' brand, products, and thought leadership
- Research potential partners, negotiate collaborations, coordinate content calendars
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to ensure accurate messaging and consistent brand representation
Requirements
- Strong influencer marketing skills, including identifying relevant creators, building long term relationships, and managing end to end campaign execution
- Experience in social media marketing and content planning
- Data driven mindset with proficiency in tracking campaign KPIs and reporting performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of the financial markets or fintech sector, or strong interest and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English

Role Overview
- 9X Markets is a premier multi regulated, multi asset broker dedicated to delivering a tailored and elevated trading experience.
- The Marketing Specialist role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators across relevant social platforms.
- The specialist plans and executes campaigns to promote 9X Markets’ brand, products, and thought leadership, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and compliance standards.
Day to Day Tasks
- Researching potential partners, negotiating collaborations, coordinating content calendars, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
- Close collaboration with sales, and compliance teams to ensure accurate messaging and consistent brand representation in the global trading and investment space.
Qualifications
- Strong influencer marketing skills, including identifying relevant creators, building long term relationships, and managing end to end campaign execution.
- Experience in social media marketing and content planning, with the ability to brief and evaluate influencer content for brand consistency and impact.
- Data driven mindset with proficiency in tracking campaign KPIs, reporting performance, and using insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing and business teams.
- Solid understanding of the financial markets or fintech sector, or strong interest and willingness to learn, preferably within brokerage or trading environments.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast paced, international business setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage for engaging diverse regional influencer networks.
