- Identify and recruit influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator communities.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
- Manage influencer campaigns from concept to execution and reporting.
- Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate content approvals.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Track deliverables and ensure timely publication.
- Maintain influencer databases, contracts, and campaign reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams.
- Manage campaign budgets and recommend future campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing.
- Proven success managing influencer campaigns for Fashion, Lifestyle, Restaurant & F&B, or Retail.
- Existing network of influencers and talent agencies within the UAE is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management, reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends.

- As our Influencer Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers and content creators to amplify our fashion, lifestyle, and F&B brands.
- You'll develop strategic partnerships, execute impactful campaigns, and measure performance to maximize engagement, brand awareness, and ROI.
