Role Overview
Pandell-ESG is seeking an Industry Specialist with strong land industry knowledge.
The role connects customer land workflows and industry context with software products and supports multiple internal teams.
The position works across customer, land industry, and product perspectives.
What You'll Do
- Bring land industry knowledge to Product, Sales, Implementation, Support, Development, QA, and other teams.
- Help teams understand customer workflows, terminology, business processes, and product connections.
- Join customer discovery sessions, needs assessments, product demonstrations, and customer conversations.
- Explain how product functionality supports real-world land processes and customer needs.
- Identify workflow, product functionality, and expected-outcome gaps.
- Gather feedback and surface recurring workflow challenges, product gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support implementation and post-sales teams with workflow, configuration, and practical context.
- Investigate product or workflow questions requiring land expertise.
- Provide training, documentation, customer education, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current on land industry changes and trends.
