Role Description

  • The Industry Specialist is a full time, remote role responsible for addressing client business challenges with clear, actionable solutions.
  • On a day to day basis, this role analyzes submitted challenges, conducts targeted research, and develops concise problem definitions and solution frameworks tailored to each client.
  • The Industry Specialist collaborates with internal teams to refine challenge scopes, align expectations, and ensure high quality deliverables.
  • This role also involves consulting with clients to clarify assumptions, present recommendations, and support implementation where appropriate.
  • In addition, the Industry Specialist contributes to knowledge sharing, helps improve Struxen’s methodologies, and may support training or mentoring of other experts on the platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex business challenges, identify root causes, and synthesize data into clear insights.
  • Consulting and Sales experience to engage clients, understand their needs, frame solutions, and communicate value effectively.
  • Project Management capabilities to structure challenges, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and deliver solutions on schedule.
  • Training experience to support knowledge transfer, coach stakeholders on new approaches, and contribute to internal learning initiatives.
  • Proven experience in one or more industries (e.g., professional services, technology, finance, operations, or similar) with a track record of solving business problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong self organization and reliability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is an advantage.
