Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis of customer process issues
- Provide authoritative technical recommendations to improve efficiency
- Lead high level audits and technical assessments at customer sites
- Support commercial strategy through expert input on product positioning
- Train internal teams on complex technical topics
- Develop technical whitepapers and case studies
- Support key tenders requiring technical justification
- Liaise with R&D partners regarding performance feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, metallurgy, or mining engineering (Master's preferred)
- Strong knowledge of reagents (collectors, frothers, flocculants, etc.)
- Knowledge of mining processes and equipment
- Ability to conduct field trials
- Commercial awareness and value selling mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Metallurgy / Mining Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
