About the Role
Nalco Water seeks an Industrial Technical Consultant to provide technical consulting services for water treatment applications. The role involves on-site audits, customer support, and collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting services leveraging NALCO Water’s intellectual property to assist sales force in increasing account revenue and profitability
- Understand Nalco's application portfolio and industry processes within chemical/power/primary metals segments
- Work with local sales team and application engineers to audit and assess customer operations
- Conduct on site audits to assess and solve customer problems on Water & Process applications
- Summarize findings in technical reports and support presentations during customer review meetings
- Provide on the job product and sales training as appropriate
- Work with Marketing, RDE and Sales stakeholders to identify new products and program applications
- Participate in development and commercialization of new programs
- Track product margin on monthly basis and discuss with stakeholders during deviations
- Support and develop strategic market plan for specific segment/product
- Assist in creating value documentation and value delivery tools for sales team
- Develop case studies and participate in industry seminars
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Chemical engineering or science or biotechnology (chemical, mechanical, industrial, chemistry, geochemistry)
- Strong background in water treatment chemistries and applications
- Knowledge of water, wastewater plant operation and recycle systems
- Knowledge of water automation, digital solutions, and managed operations
- Knowledge in microbiology and environmental chemistry and local regulations
- Experience in troubleshooting water and wastewater plants
- Agile, self driven, and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Role requires frequent domestic and international travel
- Fluency in English is a must
- Candidates with fluency in Arabic are preferred

Job Description

Skills And Experience
