The Role
Lead the strategy, engineering, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of industrial robotics and automated production systems.
Oversee robotic systems from concept and integration through commissioning, production ramp-up, performance optimization, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Strategy and Project Delivery
- Develop robotics strategies and identify automation opportunities across manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Lead feasibility studies, business cases, pilots, and implementation programs.
- Manage projects from concept, design, simulation, and procurement through commissioning and production stabilization.
- Support manufacturing expansion, plant modernization, production-line upgrades, and new facility development.
- Coordinate robotics requirements for new product introduction and production ramp-up.
Robotics and Systems Integration
- Evaluate robots, robotic cells, tooling, vision systems, control technologies, and automation platforms.
- Lead deployment of robotic cells, workstations, and automated production lines.
- Coordinate programming, motion planning, sequencing, tooling, fixtures, sensors, and machine interfaces.
- Integrate robots with PLCs, HMIs, safety systems, vision systems, conveyors, MES, ERP, SCADA, and industrial networks.
