As a member of our 12-month Systems Engineering Industrial Placement Programme, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on live customer projects from day one.

Support the development of system performance models for electric propulsion products

Contribute to requirements capture, management and flow-down activities

Use Model-Based Systems Engineering and Model-Based Development techniques

Work with Systems and Motor Control teams to align implementation with system requirements and design objectives

Assist with system-level optimisation, including thermal modelling, reports and technical presentations

Receive mentoring and support throughout the programme
