Polyglass is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving industrial equipment and facility systems.
This role performs the responsibilities of Maintenance Technician while leading electrical projects and supporting electrical/PLC, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
The position also assists with preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and coordinating maintenance activities.

Location: Waco, TX
Shift : Monday-Friday at 6pm-6am
Compensation : Starting at $33.60 ph
Bonus : $7,500 Probationary Bonus.
Annual KPI Bonus.
Relocation Allowance of up to $10k
