Role overview
Industrial Maintenance Coordinator supporting maintenance planning and coordination at a client industrial facility.
The position primarily reports to the Toronto site and supports operations in Toronto and Baltimore, USA.
The role is based in an industrial facility and requires occasional travel to Cambridge and Baltimore.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Develop short- and long-term maintenance schedules based on operational and production needs.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, contractors, and other resources.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance personnel, supervisors, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with plant shutdowns, outages, and major maintenance activities.
- Monitor scheduled work and adjust plans as priorities and site conditions change.
- Track maintenance activities, outstanding work, schedules, and completion status.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and potential delays and resolve them.
- Maintain maintenance documentation, records, schedules, and reports.
- Assist with procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services.
