Industrial Lubricants Inventory Controller

Salary: QAR 12,500 per month

Miendong Lube is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Industrial Lubricants Inventory Controller to manage inventory operations and stock accuracy for industrial lubricant products in West Bay, Doha.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory control procedures, warehouse coordination, and stock reporting to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of industrial lubricants and related products

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with warehouse and logistics teams

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of lubricant products

Prepare inventory reports, usage analysis, and stock forecasts

Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Work closely with procurement and supply chain departments to manage stock availability

Maintain compliance with company safety standards and inventory procedures

Support process improvements to optimize inventory management operations

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations

Experience in industrial products, lubricants, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries preferred

Strong knowledge of inventory systems and stock management procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
