Role overview

Key activities and responsibilities

• Manage warehouse materials for production, integration, repair, and replacement.
• Validate inventory and record incoming and outgoing operations in the ERP system.
• Coordinate packaging, internal distribution, transport, customer shipments, and delivery documentation.
• Manage finished-product and spare-parts inventories for customer support.
• Ensure import, export, re-export, customs, transport, and Incoterm activities comply with requirements.
• Manage logistics companies delivering to and collecting from the site.

Knowledge and experience

• A forklift licence is required.
• Knowledge of production, repair, manufacturing, and product processes is required.
• Knowledge of inventory management, flow management, and industrial or supply chain IT systems is required.
• Experience with Lean improvement tools, Gemba Walks, Compass Room, and PDCA is required.
• Analytical and problem-solving techniques are required.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain NV1 security clearance are required.
