Job Summary

Primary Medical Care

• Provide medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for employees suffering from illnesses or minor injuries.
• Conduct clinical assessments and prescribe medications when necessary.
• Manage common medical conditions such as infections, respiratory issues, dehydration, and chronic illnesses.

Emergency And Trauma Management

• Respond promptly to workplace medical emergencies and accidents.
• Provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) and stabilize patients before transferring them to a hospital if required.
• Manage trauma cases including fractures, burns, heat stress, and workplace-related injuries.
• Coordinate with ambulance services and emergency response teams.

Occupational Health Services

• Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.
• Assess employee fitness for duty and issue medical clearance when necessary.
• Monitor occupational health risks and identify work-related illnesses.

Workplace Health And Safety

• Collaborate with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) teams to identify workplace health hazards.
• Advise management on preventive measures to minimize workplace injuries and health risks.
• Participate in site inspections and health and safety audits.

Health Education And Prevention

• Conduct health awareness sessions on heat stress prevention, hydration, hygiene, and general wellness.
• Promote vaccination programs and infection control practices.
• Educate employees on workplace safety and injury prevention.

Medical Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment logs.
• Prepare reports for workplace incidents, injuries, and illnesses.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and local health authority regulations.

Requirements

• Male General Practitioner (GP).
• Minimum **2 years of emergency or clinical experience**.
• Experience in **industrial, construction, or site clinic environments** is an advantage.
• Ability to handle **medical emergencies and trauma cases** in remote or industrial settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a **fast-paced industrial environment**.
• Must be able to **join immediately**.
