Role Description
- This is a part time Industrial Engineering Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on site presence and work from home. Daily Responsibilities
- Evaluating workflows, designing and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to address operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinating with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering stakeholders to align practices with organizational goals and employee welfare considerations.
- Preparing reports, presenting data driven recommendations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, with experience leading or coordinating technical projects.
- Hands on experience in Process Improvement, including workflow analysis, optimization, and implementation of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, including coordination between procurement, production, and distribution functions.
- Background in Manufacturing environments, with familiarity in production planning, capacity utilization, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support evidence based decision making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and represent employee centric perspectives.
- Experience working in unionized or advocacy focused environments is an advantage, as is familiarity with labor standards and workplace policies.
