Merit for Economic and Management Consultancy is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support process redesign and re-engineering for government or semi-government entities in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Carry out gap analysis and assess the effectiveness of organizational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and expected outcomes
- Identify and gather business process needs and stakeholder requirements, including analyzing the impact on existing policies and procedures
- Map end to end business processes (as is and to be), analyze performance outcomes, and design required forms and templates
- Review, draft, and update policies and procedures in line with best practices and applicable standards
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization and automation
- Ensure alignment and integration between policies, procedures, process maps, and operational practices, while coordinating with stakeholders for validation and implementation
Requirements
- Prior hands on experience in developing policies and procedures manuals within the UAE context, preferably in government or semi government entities
- Process Mapping: 3 years (Required)
