Industrial Designer II

The Industrial Design role at Embraer Executive Aviation focuses on developing design solutions for the interiors and exteriors of Embraer Executive Jets and other Embraer business units, within a collaborative product development environment. This position plays a key part in creating customer-focused experiences for short- and medium-term projects, while also shaping the company’s vision for the future of aviation.

Product Design Development: Autonomously lead medium-complexity Industrial Design projects in an integrated product development environment for aircraft interiors and exterior design solutions. Research, conceptualize, develop and test ideas, turning them into innovative and competitive product solutions. Lead technical discussions and feasibility analysis with internal partners and vendors on all industrial design aspects.

Integrated Development: Facilitate collaboration and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts meet the requirements and objectives from different departments, leveraging insights from product strategy, engineering, maintainability, assembly, manufacturing, operations, and certification teams.

Design Process: Guarantee that our Embraer Design Process is followed and used as a guideline for day-to-day decision-making and ongoing progress, ensuring alignment with design leadership and project objectives.

Technology Development Vision: Research, develop, and illustrate real-life applications of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring Embraer maintains its position at the forefront of innovation in the industry.
