- Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing rust or old coatings
- Apply primer, paint, and protective coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
- Ensure smooth, even finishing and maintain coating thickness according to quality standards
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform touch ups or repainting when required
- Follow all safety procedures when handling paints, chemicals, and painting equipment
- Maintain painting tools, spray equipment, and work area cleanliness
Requirements
- Experience in industrial spray painting
- Ability to prepare metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, grinding, rust removal)
- Knowledge of paint application and coating thickness standards
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE

- Maintain painting tools, spray equipment, and work area cleanliness to support efficient production.
