Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients
- Promote and sell a wide range of general trading products
- Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and after sales service
- Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or sales management systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in UAE
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management
