- Process sales orders and coordinate with Design, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth execution and delivery
- Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve concerns promptly, and update sales records and customer database
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Indoor Sales / Customer Service / Sales Coordination / BPO / Tele Marketing
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
- Strong coordination and follow up skills
- Immediate joiners preferred (Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa)

Job Summary
- The Indoor Sales & Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth execution of jobs.
- The role focuses on generating sales through inbound and outbound communication, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Pay: AED 2,300.00 AED 2,500.00 per month
