Position Overview

  • A leading real estate company is seeking to hire a motivated and results driven Indoor Real Estate Sales Executive to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client inquiries and provide professional property consultations
  • Present available properties and investment opportunities to prospective clients
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Update and manage client and property records accurately
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain regular follow up activities
  • Negotiate and close property sales professionally

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Target oriented with a passion for sales
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
