High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience operating a SkyTrak (Lull) telehandler required.
Experience loading flatbed trailers with oversized or heavy steel products.
Experience in a metal fabrication, steel manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred.
Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and material identification labels.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; occasionally more with mechanical assistance.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dust.
Ability to safely operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, hard hats, and hearing protection.
Employee must be able to read, hear and speak English.
