Manage designated Professional Services and IT indirect-spend categories across EMEA.
Ensure timely supply at optimum cost and quality while meeting stakeholder and company objectives.
Own regional sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, programme management, and total-cost-of-ownership reduction.
What you will do
- Provide regional leadership and oversight for approximately $80 million of designated category spend.
- Develop and deploy category strategies with business units and global category leads.
- Deliver annual cost reductions, cost avoidance, and working cost improvement.
- Define preferred supplier lists and contracts roadmaps.
- Rationalize the supplier base and shift spend to strategic or approved suppliers.
- Lead or support RFP and RFQ exercises through full deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement using common standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in indirect procurement and/or supply chain management.
- Proven indirect procurement experience in Professional Services and IT categories is required.
- Regional experience in EMEA, especially Europe.
- Experience using spend analysis, contracts databases, supplier management systems, and sourcing tools such as Ariba.

- Strong sourcing and supplier-management process knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and contracting experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including communication with top managers.
- Ability to interact cross-functionally in a demanding environment.
- Efficient negotiation, communication leadership, and service orientation.
