Requirements
- Experience in Indian cuisine
- Experience in live cooking / food truck operations is preferred
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and maintain food quality
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Prepare and develop Indian menu items
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Manage kitchen preparation and inventory
- Support operational efficiency and cost control
