Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning : Product management, develop long-term roadmaps, ensuring scalability, and aligning IT infrastructure with business objectives.
System Oversight : Manages Cloud, software, licences, networks, servers, storage, databases, and security systems across our global network and SaaS services.
Security & Compliance : Enforces security standards, manage firewalls, monitors for breaches, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Budget & Performance: Manages IT budgets, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizes system performance.
Project Management: Oversees infrastructure projects, including planning, timelines, staffing, and implementation.
Key Focus Areas
AWS Solutions Architect, CompTIA A+. MS 365 Endpoint Administrator Endpoint, CCNA. Hybrid environments: Experience with hybrid cloud models. Databases: Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MS SQL, AWS Postgres) Change management: Experience with formal change control processes Other requirements : Ability to travel (national and international) and work flexibility Able to work from home Able to work aligned to UK Hours Willing to work unsociable hours and be part of the on-call rotas.
