Main Purpose of Job
Report to the Port Manager for JNPT, India, and perform marine services and operational support activities for customers and principals.
Maintain operational excellence and consistent QMS standards across marine and offshore support activities.
Marine and Operational Support
- Maintain detailed SOPs for marine and offshore services and update them when required.
- Support the Commercial Team, Country Manager, and Operations Manager with operational requirements.
- Coordinate with ship crew, port officials, vendors, and internal teams.
- Independently handle vessel calls and resolve on-ground operational challenges.
Documentation and Compliance
- Assist principals with documents required to obtain statutory clearances.
