Laurus LLC seeks three experienced Independent Business Development Representatives to develop business in UAE territories for premium French skincare brand NAJEL. The role involves field visits to pharmacies, wellness centres, hotels, and retailers to open new accounts and drive sales.

Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business across assigned territory
- Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, wellness centres, hotels, spas, and premium retailers
- Identify and qualify prospective customers
- Prepare quotations and open new customer accounts
- Support collections follow up and ongoing account development
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
- Represent Laurus professionally at all times
Requirements
- Existing UAE experience in pharmaceutical, beauty, wellness, or FMCG field sales
- Established relationships with pharmacies, retailers, or relevant buyers
- Proven ability to open new accounts and drive sales growth
- Professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills
- Legally entitled to work independently in the UAE and responsible for own visa, transportation, mobile phone, and business expenses
- Highly motivated, self driven, and entrepreneurial
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential

Role Overview
- You will be responsible for developing business within your assigned territory by opening new direct purchase accounts, driving sales, managing reorders, and strengthening Laurus’ presence across premium skincare, wellness, and household care channels.

Contract Structure
