Welcome to the World of Disantino

  • DISANTINO is a premium Italian water brand sourced from the Central Apennines, headquartered in Dubai.
  • We are seeking a sharp, self driven Independent Business Development Executive to expand our footprint across the UAE.
  • This is a commission based role with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure pouring/placement opportunities across fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, premium beach clubs, and elite lifestyle sectors (private jet terminals/FBOs, yacht management companies, and private members' clubs).
  • Research, pitch, and secure agreements with regional B2B distributors, sub distributors, and specialized food service suppliers to scale volume and market reach.
  • Leverage existing networks to fast track outreach, turning cold market opportunities into warm introductions and active partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long term commercial relationships with F&B directors, luxury venue managers, and culinary decision makers.
  • Represent DISANTINO at client meetings, private tastings, and luxury events with confidence and refined professionalism.
  • Provide market feedback on pricing and positioning to help optimize go to market strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the UAE HORECA or food service distribution sectors.
  • An established network of active relationships with F&B Directors, Hospitality General Managers, Culinary Directors, or Procurement Managers across luxury venues.
  • Experience representing non competing premium or luxury B2B brands (e.g., specialty coffee/tea, fine tableware, luxury hospitality uniforms, or boutique guest amenities) is highly valued.
  • A professional, polished presence with an eye for design, contemporary aesthetics, and the ability to confidently pitch a 'quiet luxury' brand.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is required, while Arabic or other languages are a distinct advantage.
  • Strong self discipline, time management, and the entrepreneurial drive required to thrive in an independent, commission driven freelance role.
